You just have to put it on your project and its working, the only thing you will need to do its put the picture you want and the letter you want, matching your loved one.

You can also customize by changing the flags and the color of the heart, there is a few texture of colors so you just have to swap it, but if you also know how to mess with materials you can do much more.
